Please give me reasons not to go to Vassar,Tulane,BostonU,College of W&M, and U of O?

<p>Hi, along with public CA colleges I plan on applying to two or three out of states. Can you please help me narrow down the list? Thanks for all the advice and help!!</p>

<p>I have a 2100 sat and 30 act. I plan on majoring in child dev. and psychology. </p>

<p>Will your parents pay the OOS costs for W&M and UofO? what about the costs of the other schools? </p>

<p>A few of your schools give lousy aid.</p>

<p>Have you had them run the NPCs? </p>
