Please give me some advice on self-study choices

I've decided that I'll self-study four APs in addition to the one that I have a class for.

1) Microeconomics (I have a class for this)
2) Macroeconomics
3) Environmental Science

Those three are set in stone, I will definitely take them.

Here are others that I am considering (I'm not considering ANY others, I'm taking the APs my school offers in senior year)

Biology
Comparative Government & Politics
English Language & Composition
Human Geography
Physics B
Statistics
U.S. History
U.S. Government & Politics
World History

I don't want to overload myself with pressure and stress but I also don't want to take five exams that colleges look down upon (the "little" and unimportant APs).

I'm a prospective economics major and my reach schools are Duke, U Chicago, and Cornell (my safeties are in Canada).

Edit:

I've chosen my last two: Statistics and Human Geography.

Here's my list as it is right now.

1) Microeconomics
2) Macroeconomics
3) Environmental Science
4) Statistics
5) Human Geography

Would you change this? Keep in mind that these will be the only AP scores that colleges will see and I want to improve my chances at my reach schools. Does it make sense that I'm taking these five or does it look like they don't match?

Addendum: Considering taking out Enviro Sci…

Emm, I would take out human geo., as it is widely regarded as a fluff AP on these forums.

Here’s my revised list:

1) Microeconomics
2) Macroeconomics
3) English Language & Composition
4) Statistics
5)

For my last pick I’m considering…

Biology
Comparative Government & Politics
Environmental Science
Human Geography
U.S. Government & Politics
World History

Bio is the most “serious” of those I would say (not fluff APs) so I would say Bio

btw: what books are u using for macro/micro self-studying?

world history is a pretty serious AP too. or you could take the both the politics?
Since these are the ones most related to your prospective major, I wouldn’t miss taking them.
