I'm thinking of applying to (Finance/Economics/Math Major):
Boston College
Boston University
Cal Poly SLO
Claremont McKenna College
NYU
Pitzer College
Rice University
UCIrvine
UCLA
USC

Is there anywhere else I should apply?

The only ones where I can see that you might have a problem with are NYU and Rice. UCIrvine and UCLA are possible reaches.
