I think you have a good chance. My son got into engineering with 18.5/20 (about 3.75) and SAT 1240. He’s international so we were hoping that would be a bonus…whatever helps, right! You have great computer experience, so that should help. Good luck!!!
I am not an admissions counselor, but your stats are fairly low. Your 1150 SAT score is right at the 25%ile for enrolled freshmen and your weighted GPA is also around the 26%ile. From what I am seeing across College Confidential, there is significant competition for computer science programs, and candidates with stellar stats are being denied, deferred and waitlisted. On the positive side, you have great experience, a demanding curriculum and would be a diversity candidate. Hopefully, you told a compelling story in your essay about the challenges your have overcome. There is a chance that you could get in, but definitely have some safeties that you are sure you can get into and afford. Best of luck!
I’m a computer professional, and I am impressed with all that you have done at 17 already, from setting up clubs to competing in hacking competitions. However, I would change “underground rapers” to “underground RAPPERS” on the website you listed “about me / hobbies” page - as I think people could possibly get the wrong idea
