PLEASE HELP: Extremely angry at counselor

<p>I have a problem right now and I'm extremely angry and frustrated over it. I know this is a relatively long story but please don't go away! I really need some help!! </p>

<p>I presume AP biology is not a prerequisite for you to finish high school requirements? Since competitive universities want to see that you have taken rigorous classes in high school, you
may consider registering to take biology (with requisite labs) at a nearby college; it will count towards college credit when you matriculate into an university as a fresman.</p>

<p>You may also submit a polite petition addressed to your counselor stating your limitations to take AP biology in the senior year, and copy your principal and/or school superintendent. It is quite likely there may not be lab capacity, in which case, request the school to allow you to register elsewhere.</p>

<p>Or, you can switch, i.e., take an online AP course in a subject in 11th grade which you were planning on taking in the 12th grade, one that does not require labs, and appear for AP exam in that subject. You may then register for AP biology in the 12th grade, whcih will not increase your AP load in the 12th grade, if feasible.</p>
