Please help me choose between these classes

<p>Hi, I'm new here, so I hope I'm not posting this in the wrong place or anything..</p>

<p>Anyway, so I've already picked my schedule for next year [which will be my junior year] but I decided that I didn't want one of the classes anymore, and now I can't decide what I want to pick.</p>

<p>Chorus, or AP Stat ?</p>

<p>Now, AP Stat would probably look much better on anyone's application, but I'm Asian. I'm afraid to look like another Asian mainlymath person to colleges, because I'm not; math is my worst core class subject and I'm doing worse than others in Trigonometry, which I'm taking right now. I'm taking Precalculus next year and if I take AP Stat next year, will I seem too math oriented ?</p>

<p>I was thinking that if I took Chorus, then maybe it would make me stand out a bit more. However, I'm not sure.</p>

<p>What do you think ?</p>

<p>As of now, I'm going to take 3 APs next year: AP Bio, AP Composition, and AP Psych. [Is 3/4 a good amount for 11th grade ?]</p>

<p>So keeping in mind that I'm Asian, would taking AP Stat or Chorus be better for my college admission chances ?</p>

<p>Edit: Oh, and if it matters, I've taken 1 AP in high school so far. This year [10th grade] I'm taking AP Euro, and will hopefullymaybe get a 4 on the exam.</p>

<p>If you don’t like math that much, I’d recommend taking chorus if you like that better than math. AP Stats would look better, but if you don’t like it, then don’t take it. I doubt chorus would make you stand out more as a unique applicant since it is just a high school class. If you want to stand out more with chorus, then you should join a youth choir group outside of school which requires greater ability than the school’s chorus so you could take another class in place of chorus/AP Stats.</p>
