Hello everybody, I'm a senior year student at an international school in Egypt where we take AP courses for each subject. We have just recently took the paper for applying to take AP exams and I have to make the decision soon.

I'm a science student planning on majoring in engineering ( mechanical or electrical, dont know yet) This year my courses are, Maths S (Calculus), Physics electricity (I think I can only do Physics C), Statistics, Psychology, Chemistry,English .

My SAT score was 2050 which is not bad, and I think of myself as a pretty bright person but not really one who likes studying a lot ( who does?) . I'm planning on applying to a university in Egypt which accepts scores of 4 or 5 to exempt me from taking the course.

I plan on taking Calculus AB,statistics(because I heard it is easy), Psychology(same reason as statistics) and probably physics. What I'm afraid of is that 4 exams might be tough to study for.

I havent taken AP exams before so do you think 4 is a lot or since im taking two easy courses I could finish studying for them ?

My real issue is whether I should take chemistry or not, At school I'm not really good at chemistry but im not bad either, honestly I dont like it but then again I feel it will be a waste if I dont take its AP because I would have taken it for nothing at school..

Whats your opinion is Chemistry a hard AP exam, should I bother taking it? or should I just concentrate on studying for 4 exams and working hard to get 4 or 5?

What is the best way to study for the AP exam, Should I just buy a barrons book for each subject and study it, any helpful tips from people who finished their AP's and wished they knew those tips before taking the exam? ( for example i wish I had known just to study the official sat study guide for taking the SAt and not have bothered with other books)

and last but not least, are statistics and psychology easy compared to the rest of the exams?

sorry for the long post
