Please help me I'm a loser (Western Washington University)

<p>Western is my top school choice to apply to next year. I'm worried though because I really screwed up last year. My cumulative GPA now as a junior in high school is 3.3 and it is going to stay in that range 3.3-3.4 (if I get really lucky).</p>

<p>So here's what I have going:
-3.3 GPA
-2 years of varsity sports (freshman and sophomore year...quit them now)
-2 honors and 1 AP class
-Writing for the school newspaper
-Weekly volunteer work for most of this year</p>

<p>My biggest worry is my horrible GPA. If I don't get into Western I will be really bummed. I'm not going to bother with UW or anything because I know there's no chance, but I really want to go to Western. Thoughts?</p>

<p>Thanks! I’m not too worried about SAT scores because my PSAT score was pretty good and I figure it will go up for the actual test. But you think if I do a good job on testing combined with these things ^ I’ll have a pretty good chance?!</p>
