PLEASE HELP ME WITH MATCH/SAFETy SCHOOLS waaa

Hey, first of all thank you for you time =).

Could someone please help me with finding suitable match and safety schools?
I'm looking for schools that offer good computer science and business management/administration programs

Here's my "profile":

Canadian, applying from Asia

SAT scores: CR 750, M 780, W 760

High school GPA: 4.0 unweighted on 4.0 scale

Class rank: 1 of 24

Course selection: International Baccalaureate, out of 6 main courses 4 are Higher Level (about AP/honors level?) including Higher Level English, Chinese, Mathematics and Business/Management

Extracurriculars and Awards (there aren't many, so I'll put them together T_T)
student council president of external affairs, varsity captain, 2 years work experience for an IT firm, 2nd place award winner of the Stanford EPGY English/Writing Competition in China, Piano studied 10 years and level 7 US examination passed, former flute soloist studied 4 years, underwent part of a fairly renowned professional computer programming training program

Please name some match/safety schools for me. With admissions criteria crazy as they are now, I no longer have a good clue of what my match and safety schools are. I have a decent clue of what my reach schools are, and am now afraid to end up applying only to reach schools that I perceive as match and end up with no acceptance letters.

Any help is greatly appreciated, and thank you again for your time. =)

What schools have you chosen as reaches? What specific criteria do you prefer--large/small, uni/LAC, intense/laid-back, etc.?

I'm not quite sure which are reaches and etc, but here are the schools I'm interested in:
Carnegie-Mellon
UC Berkeley and LA
USC
U Michigan
U Wisconsin - Madison

and of course the Ivies..

My safeties are Penn state and Purdue

I prefer small (at least smaller class size), uni, and not too intense.

Oh, and I am waiting for the results of my Math Ii and Physics subject tests.

Indiana U., Fordham, Boston University, Villanova, Santa Clara.

Thank you~
Is Indiana U. the Bloomington one? And is Boston U. good for both computer science and business management/administration?

MIT, CMU & Michigan are match schools for you.

Yes, the Indiana in Bloomington. It also has a large and wonderful music school if you want to continue some of that.

The OP requested schools that are "not too intense." that would seem to exclude MIT and prob Carnegie Mellon and perhaps Michigan.

yeah..i've heard from current MIT and CMU students and alumni that the social life is almost nonexistent there. i'm also willing to shoulder the boredom for the sake of a better career future. haha, i'd do a 900 with joy if MIT accepted me. it'd be like winning the lottery jackpot
