PLEASE help me with my chances!!!

These questions have been asked a thousand times but Ive never found a person who is super close to my own statistics to compare too!
I want to go to a highly regarded engineering school, like Stanford or Cornell (hopefully!!!)

-ACT composite: 31
-English 32
-Math 32
-Reading 30
-Science 30

Transcript/school:
-4.1 GPA (4.0 UW) = Never gotten a B in high school haha
-Rank: 5/288 - Valedictorian
-National Honor Society 11th and 12th (not offered to underclassmen)
-Some community Service (50 hrs)
-Honors classes aren't offered at my school, but I have been taking the AP classes that become available as soon as they do. (AP English, Calculus, etc.)

Athletics:
-Varsity Football Captain
-Football (Varsity 11th,12th) (JV 9th,10th)
-Lacrosse (Varsity 11th)
-Wrestling (9th, 11th)
-Baseball (9th)
--various other sports.

Senior Schedule:
-AP Literature 12
-AP Government
-AP Calculus
-Agriculture Shop 3 (senior course)
-EDD (Engineering Design & Development)
-Ecology and Environmental Science
-Physics
-Economy (2nd Semester)
-College Freshman Seminar (1st Semester)
'Zero' period weight lifting (before school credited period)

Some Q's:
-do I absolutely need to take 2 years of foreign language? currently I only have 1 year of Spanish.
-Is ED applying the right way to go?

HELP is extreeeeeeemely appreciated at this point. I'm nervous about my college search and chances.
ALSO: I'm a student in Idaho, if that gives any pluses or minuses at all haha.

TAKE ANOTHER YEAR OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE!!! Other than that it looks good. ACT is at the lower end for engineering students at top engineering schools. So retake it if you still can! Your grades look excellent. Nice job!

Idaho might help because schools want geographical diversity. I feel like Idaho is one on their list that is harder to get (maybe im wrong)

Also, consider U of Illinois engineering! it is one of the top in the country. (i’m from Illinois)

Chance me back!
