<p>I've just recently decided to go into the Navy, I'm a freshmen in high school, so I have some time, but my big problem is that I need to get into shape. I'm not in good shape at all. The golf team is in better shape than i am. Can anyone post a possible workout routine to get into really good shape in time for plebe summer? I would REALLY appreciate it!</p>
<p>Start running; start out slow and once your endurance begins to improve, start looking at longer distances. Not only will this help you get in shape, but lose weight and gain muscle.
