My top choice is University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, but they are notoriously fickle about their admissions, so I want to make sure I apply elsewhere.

I was thinking of applying to Northwestern, because I've heard they're fairly open to transfers. I also had my eye on Tulane (most of my family has gone there) but I am hesitant to plan on anywhere else because I have no idea what places are appropriate for stats like this.

Big, small, public, private, religious, secular, anything - it doesn't matter. Where do you guys think would be willing to take a student of these grades and stats?

THANK YOU SO MUCH!
