please help with low reach, reach and match

I don't really understand what are people commenting by low reach, reach and match. What's the chance of getting in?

Safety: a school where you easily meet stated requirements and your numbers are at the high end of previously admitted freshmen.
Match: you meet the stated requirements and your numbers are safely within the mid-50% statistics of previously admitted freshmen
Reach: you meet the REQUIREMENTS but your numbers are in the bottom 25% of previousy admitted freshmen

When any of these terms are mixed with easy/high or hard/low: an easy match/high match means your stats border safety & match, a hard or low match means your stats border match & reach

Or sometimes you will see low match when, in fact, schools are near-safeties for an applicant rather than near-reaches (or high matches).
