Im planning to be a business major, dont know what exactly. UVa and Boston College are giving me full rides. I might not have enough time to visit so I just wanted some opinions. If I go to Boston Im already in CSOM but if i go to UVa i would have to apply after 2 years. That is really the only downside I see. If anyone can enlighten me please do so.

Dear xxxk2y : Full rides and you do not have enough time to visit? I would suggest revisiting your priorities rather than getting the answer here. The decision points are many and varied covering :

Alumni Network (Virginia->DC vs. Boston->New York)
Lifestyle and Campus Environment
Sports, Weather
Housing Agreements
Final Desired Location for Work
Other Interests, Liberal Arts Core Consideration

We have done a sustantial number of BC vs. Virginia threads recently including the following; some of these threads, you have already seen hopefully.
