Please, please chance me!

Hey, so I'm currently a junior and I'd like to know if I stand a chance. I'd like to apply to UPenn ED, and if I don't get in, I'm applying to Georgetown, U of Chicago, Cornell, Brown, Stanford, NYU, Johns Hopkins, McGill, and Northwestern.

So, here are my academic stats:
ACT: 35
SAT II Chem: 740
SAT II Biology-M: 760
SAT II World History: 780
SAT II French: 800
Unweighted GPA: 4.0 (1% of my class)

Awards:
Duke of Edinburgh Bronze/Silver/Gold Awards (given to participants who have qualified in physical activities, community service, skills, residential project, and adventurous journeys. And gold is extremely hard to get before graduating)

Headmaster's List (from grade 9 till now): Certificate given to students with 3.8 gpa and over.
Science Award (from grade 9-10)/History Award (from grade 9-10)

Extracurriculars/Comm.Service:
President of AIDS Awareness Committee
Head of choir
Lead flute in band
Captain of Canadian marching band
Head of Amnesty International
Volunteered at a women's shelter for 200 hrs
Did translating work for foreign migrant workers from Bangladesh, Phillipines, etc working in Korea
Sang at a charity event called 'Toy Tea' in Montreal every December

I go to a small boarding school in Quebec (Canada), and it doesn't have any honors, and it only offers APs to 12th graders. So, I'm currently self-studying human geography and microeconomics, and planning on taking the exams in May.
I'm Korean, and I'm trilingual (speak fluent English, Korean and French).

Please, please, please chance me! (Oh, and I'd like to major in international relations)

i think you have a good shot at those schools, you definitely have the numbers and your ECs are pretty unique. do you have anything that can show leadership?

pretty darn solid here. keep up the good work

I would say youre a solid applicant. But a “solid applicant” + Canadian = In

Aside from that, the only thing keeping you out would be essays. There seems to have been less emphasis on the quantitative stuff this year and more on the essays

Good Luck…December 11th is only 11 months away!

Thanks! Oh, and another question. At my school, 12th graders can become prefects (or school presidents), but would it be detrimental if I don’t try out for it because I’d so super busy next year? I know that I can be one, but I just don’t want to waste my time doing stuff that I don’t want to do.

PoliSci (I.R.) is becoming increasingly popular here at Penn [which is good  ]

If you apply early, I would say
85% chance you get admitted
10% chance you get deferred
5% chance you get denied
