UCLA,NYU, Uof Washington, Cal Poly SLO, Cal Poly Pomona, SJSU, UCR, U of Illinos U C. Texas Tech, Texas A &M, UCSB, UCI, Penn State, Washington State, Oregon state.

Electrical/Computer engineering and Mechanical engineering

NYU has NO engineering programs

anyways here’s how I would rank them:

Illinois
Cal Poly SLO
Penn State
UCLA
Texas A&M
Washington
Cal Poly Pomona
UCSB
UCI
Oregon State
SJSU/UCR/Texas Tech/Washington State
NYU

I like pierre’s ranking above, with two exceptions:

1) NYU does have a tech campus (called NYU Poly) with engineering programs.

2) SJSU is excellent if you are considering software/computer engineering. Otherwise, not so much.

UVa is pretty sweet in Biomedical Engineering for undergraduates.

noimagination, correct me if I’m wrong but NYU and NYU Poly have two different applications?

Even so, I would put NYU Poly at the bottom of engineering schools.

^ I think that is correct. I remember that NYU did well in Payscale’s salary rankings, but otherwise I don’t know much about it.
