Please rate my chances of admission...

<p>I've always thought my scores a little too low for Cornell's standards but lately a lot of my friends with marginally better scores have said they are applying and so I want to know if I stand a chance. Please be brutally honest, I don't want to waste the application fee if I don't have to.</p>

-580 Writing(Ugh, bad day, will retake)</p>

-160 hours with UCLA Medical Center Volunteering Program(Research with chief pathologist[basically shadowing]) over two summers

-Model UN(1)
-Peer Tutor - 25 hours(probably will add more this year)
-School Ping Pong Champion
-"California Distinguished School"</p>

<p>I think u have a good shot to make it. y don't u apply ED?. ur sat 2 scores are weak.</p>

<p>If you retake - maybe 70%. I don't know. But with current scores you have 35% chance. RD that is.</p>
