Please tell me everything you know about it.

Everything, from academic, party, school spirit, study abroad, clubs, ames, research, gym (especially the tunnel above the road), food court, seasons, buildings or some tourist advantures, ranking, job, internships, coop, preparedness to go to a (diff.) grad school, dorms, etc.

I don't get why the graduation rate is low though.

And I'm also planning to major in Chem Eng.
....

bump

You have asked for answers on about 20 different things above…many of them you can find out about on the Internet (food, gym, ranking, coop, etc).

what do you most want to know and I will attempt an answer.

well, im actually choosing between -CalPolyPomona(not accepted in my major) -SJSU -CalLongBeach -IowaState

Being in-state means cheaper and closer to home(my parents wants to visit me, etc.) but I haven’t seen any Calstate in rankings for overall and ChemEng programs
CSU -Pro=cheaper & closer Con=low reputation…
ISU - Pro=better in any other field except for the cheapness
*this question(choosing college) is in another thread of mine <a href=“Help me chose my college! - College Search & Selection - College Confidential Forums”>Help me chose my college! - College Search & Selection - College Confidential Forums;

But I guess why I post this is because I don’t know if I will be able to visit any of those univ so I’m not sure if it will ever feel “right” & if it doesn’t feel right then I will be totally homesick and I’m so far.

I mean looking at my choices (the 4 schools), ISU seems like the best and I dont want the feeling of regret.
Please help me

I think Iowa State would be the best bet for you because you’re going into engineering, and their engineering program is a lot stronger compared to any of the CSUs. The campus environment is different compared to any other California school. Keep in mind that they are willing to give out of state students a lot of scholarships. Having visited several schools in California, I do think that Iowa State is a lot better.
