This is a very risky list. It is entirely possible Binghamton and Stony Brook are your only choices. Students with much higher stats get rejected from the schools. Applying to Michigan, UCLA and Illinois from NY is exceedingly hard and you won’t get a penny from them.
Is there anything in particular you want to study? You seem open to going far, which is good.
I am from a low income family, around 30k annualy. I think I can get the financial aids, but I am really not concerned about the money. I did some research though, most of the schools on my list are 40k. I am willing to take the loans.
Your instate schools and private schools will give you financial aid. At some private schools many actually, with income of 30k, you could get a free ride, with perhaps some work study.
Your parents would have to do it and it sounds like that is not possible. You have to apply to schools that will award you a lot of financial aid or merit aid. Your GPA might keep you out of very top schools like ALL of your REACH schools. You can’t afford UIUC as they are stingy with aid.
Consider university of rochester, case western, RPI, WPI, virginia tech. There are lots more but those are the ones that come immediately to mind. Stony brook and bing are solid safeties but you might want to add a couple more.
What is hard for a relatively high stat student wanting to go into Computer Science is that the privates are really hard to get into and many of the other great schools are state schools.
Keep your private reaches but you may want to add schools like RIT, RPI, WPI, Lehigh, Bucknell, University of Rochester, Rutgers & Rowan (even though they are OOS), Cornell and Stevens.
You should run the financial aid calculators.
Stony Brook is an excellent option by the way. You should also qualify for a Pell Grant which is about 5k a year.
What about Stevens Institue of Technology? Does anyone know if there are scholarships? Or decent financial aid?

I think UA is a safety. You would still have to pay room & board. You are a very good student and should apply to Cornell and others that meet full need.
