Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after school, I sprang up to the air, waiting for the right time and position, and hit the volleyball. It became a part of me: hitting the ball, running around the court, and doing pushups. The moment my feet is separated from the ground and my hand touches the ball, my mind is free to drift, ignoring the mundane problems homework, tests, and stresses. When I was exhausted and about to give up, my friends and coach and support me not to give up. Hearing them supporting me, I knew entering the Volleyball club was the right choice. I made new friends; some are Japanese, Chinese, and Americans. Volleyball enhances me to increase my diversity. After we are done practicing, I was always assigned to put the balls back to the closet. While many may view that this is a very boring job, I think that it gives a very valuable aspects of human, responsibility. Every moment in the club is priceless to me and I never regret playing Volleyball.

I see you are an international so English is probably not your first language. I did some editing changing the tense in your first paragraph to the present and then in the second paragraph making it the past. I don’t know if that feels okay to you but I thought is made your first paragraph more active. Otherwise, I think your paragraph tells a good story.
