Pleaseee help an international senior!

Hey everyone!
I am currently just entering my senior year in high school.

A little about me:
Indian, 16 years of age (underage for my grade). I play the drums for Jazz Band and Concert Band for my school, and I have been playing for 8 years. Attended APAC Band for 3 out of 4 years. Auditioning for AMIS dont know how thats going to be yet. 50+ hrs of community service. Enrolled in NHS, SBC Vice president (in a high school of approximately 200-250 students); I play sports but they aren't varsity level sports so I am assuming there isn't much significance. I have won several awards at my school, and been part of a speech contest as well.

My school does not do a class rank but that should not be a big problem for me since my GPA is not particularly bad.
TOEFL scores are fine: 114/120
Cumulative GPA over my four years in high school is around 3.81 (slightly higher actually). Last semester of junior year: 3.88
here's the worrying part: took my SAT in May and got a 1900 flat. I feel this is extremely low for the colleges I am planning on applying to, and I was hoping for some feedback on what my chances are. I'm taking this test again in October and can definitely get over 2000 this time (did 11 practice tests with increasing score each time), but a little scared about the approaching date. I plan on taking SAT 2's in Bio and Math 2 in November. Since I am doing early decision, I am worried about the timing of this because I can’t get a second shot at the Math level 2.

Pleeeasee offer suggestions and tell me what my chances are at the following colleges:

Cornell
Carnegie Mellon
UC San Diego
Univ of Rochester
Univ of michigan -ann arbor
Boston University
UC Davis??
Purdue??

Also, im an international student so UC davis is not a good safety school right? Any possible safety choices would be much appreciated! THANKS!

Cornell, CMU, UCSD, UMAA and UCD are are stingy with aid. Especially Cornell. And your SAT isn't very good. Bump it up to 2200 for Cornell.

Do you need Financial Aid? I don't think you'll get accepted at Cornell, CMU like that. You'll probably get accepted at BU. UCSD and UCD, they do admit intels, but please if you need aid do not do not apply.

Your ECs aren't stellar... Did you participate in national competitions? AIME? AMC?

I'm quite worried for you, given your standing and the schools you're applying to.

Looks okay for UCs if you don't apply for aid. SAT IIs could be a factor in determining CMU.. especially with SAT Is. What APAC school do you go to..? I go to one as well.

Aid is the key factor. Do you need it?

Can you take the SAT II's in November and still get the scores in time for ED?

Thank you for everything guys, yes I am very worried too. I will not be applying for aid, and I will be taking my SAT 2's in November. I am taking my SAT again this October, it should be at least a 100-150 points higher, I am not sure what went wrong the first time. Are there any other colleges anyone has in mind?

For safeties, I will be applying to U Washington, U Mass Amherst ???, and U Connecticut.

the only plus side I see right now is the fact that the courses I take are very rigorous (all IB), and my IB scores will be very good....but thats absolutely useless for the States.

bump bump ..

You're definitely in at your safeties, Purdue and BU.

thanks! how about UCs or U Mass?

bump pleasee.
