okay so due to some problems lets just say I attended a state college for 4 years taking the pre-pharm courses for 4 years and majoring in BIO or whatever... And lets just say that the state was NEW YORK.... I realize if you attend a state university and you are a resident, you pay a much lower cost and your accepted rather easily.... So what I want to ask is lets say during the 2nd year of my STATE university my family moved to California...while I was still attending school in NEW YORK... So does that in-state low tuition not available for me?? And ALSO~ if I finish the 4 years in a state univ in NY and I move to CALI to attend graduate school....Does that in-state thing still work for me although I am from NEWYORK but my family lived in CALI for 2 years while I was in NY state univ?? I AM SO CONFUSED!!! Any help would be REALLY REALLY appreciated :)
