<p>After reading a couple of threads here it seems like everyone has a million ecs with leadership positions. I think mine are pretty weak and it has gotten me a little worried.</p>

<p>Don't worry too much. I'm assuming that you're only going to be a junior next year, so there's still time to add some leadership to your resume. Try to become an officer in some of your clubs and/or captain of your sports teams. If your ACT is a 30 and you keep your strong GPA, I would say you have good matches with Illinois, Indiana, and Miami. You'll have higher matches with UF and Michigan since they're harder for an out-of-state student (although I don't know if you are one or not). Northwestern, Berkeley, and Chicago are probably all reaches. Good luck!</p>
