Reasonable rank to put you in the qualified pool but you need 100-200 points higher on the SAT to be a serious contender at your ivies of interest. You're a shoo in at BU.

you'll most def get into the UC's, especially because you're in state
but Berkeley MIGHT pose a little problem, because it's so competitive
as where the ivies are concerned, i dont want to be mean, but until you get your SAT scores up, you don't have a huge chance
BU's a def
but try looking at some mroe mid-tier schools, like UWash, or UMiami, or UMaryland
khoney?

great chance at berk/LA. since your overall weighted is 4.7, your UC weighted will still be pretty up there.
Use UCI as a safety.
Great chance at USC; i know some people who weren't even close to your stats who got accepted.

weak EC's : your EC's are a little all-over-the-place, in terms of what you're passionate about.

GPA/Courseload: fantastic.

SAT: okay, could be better.

I would say that you stand about an average shot at the ivies, stanford because nothing strikes me as amazing in your app., other than being a really smart student. Write your heart out on the essay, who knows?

You stand a great chance at the other schools.

Your UC GPA is at a 4.29 due to the fact (if I do remember this correctly) your gpa can only be accredited for 8 semesters worth of AP classes between your sophomore and junior year grades. If i am wrong someone tell me. So by the UC GPA standard you do have a perfect GPA, which really helps with the competitiveness of UCB and UCLA. HYSP set up is not at the best outcome for you, because there are several applicants just like you, the essay will set you apart from the others.

UCLA - Match
