Plz HALP - Macaulay's Honor College Chances and Questions

OK, well, my family is moving back to New York City next year (the year that I go to college) (I'm in Atlanta right now :( ), so I probably would be an OOS applicant? Correct? IDK anything about college applications, TBH

I was thinking about NYU, Fordham, and Columbia, but the thing is it costs too much (IK Fordham has some good scholarship money, but I don't want to bank on getting a full ride when chances are very low)

So (remember I have no idea about colleges in NYC because I never thought we would move back), I just learned about Macaulay's Honor College, and TBH it sounds great, but I am still confused about it all, and I don't really know my chances.

So this is what I interpreted: You apply to the Honors college and you get to choose 6 schools in order of your preference. If you get in, you get free tuition at that school and if you get into Hunter's you get full tuition plus dorm (which is awesome). Now, question.... Does this apply to OOS applicants? I know I will be in pretty tough competition since I am currently OOS, but this does still apply to OOS, right?

Next question..... is it required that I study abroad or can I also choose to do internship

Last question: What CUNY has the best science department? How is the quality of education at CUNY colleges? Is it respected? Diverse?

Each college website will have a Net Price Calculator (NPC). Run it on every college website (since each college calculates differently and net costs are almost never the same as sticker price.)
With these stats, you can get full tuition scholarships in lots of places. At UAlabama, you get full tuition, and if you apply to Engineering you also get a $2,500 stipend each year. At Howard, you get full ride plus books and a laptop.
What’s your EFC? What is your parents’ budget?
Since you’ve been living in Georgia, are you eligible for HOPE and Zell Miller? With these stats, you’d be competitive for Georgia Tech and UGA Honors, plus Emory (and Emory-Oxford).
Columbia meets 100% need. You’d also get merit money at Fordham. NYU’s financial aid is lousy, but why not apply?
You’re also an ideal candidate for Macaulay but you need to have everything in before December 1st.
Actually I think that CCNY also has housing in its new Residence building. Lehman has a small house, I think it houses like 12 students…cf.http://www.macaulay.cuny.edu/prospective-students/campus-housing.php</a>
“Three campuses currently offer housing packages for their Macaulay students (City College, Hunter College, and Lehman College”
