Point Me in the Right Direction?

Hey guys

So I wanted to apply to a college, majoring in Biological (or Biomedical) Engineering, and minoring or possible dual-majoring in Psychology (Cognitive). It's a strange mix, though I only intend to do my Undergrad work in college, and from there transfer into a med school to pursue a career in medicine. I had a 3.5 GPA which rose to a 3.9 throughout my time in high school, letters of rec aren't a problem, a bunch of 5's and a few 4's on AP exams (9), and 2 leadership spots in clubs at school and 200 hours of volunteering at a hospital.

Three questions:

Any college suggestions that is known for both fields?
Is this plan viable?
If not, what would you recommend?

-Thanks for your time

Note that “biological engineering” is sometimes used to refer to agricultural engineering, so make sure that the schools have the desired degree program.

Case Western? Rose Hulman?

Thanks for the heads up about the bioengineering name conflict, I’ll make sure to remember that. Any other suggestions guys?
