Political science and economy at Berkeley

<p>Can I double major in political science and economy at Berkeley?</p>

<p>Also, can I declare my intention to double major as a transfer student after attending Berkeley for a year? </p>

<p>I ask because when I attend next year fall 2014 I am only going to be up to Cal 1. </p>
