Hi everyone - I recently was accepted as a transfer to FSU from an out of state university. I will be a junior. I would like to hear from current or former students (especially political science majors like myself) about the poli sci program there. How were the classes, professors, general academic environment? What was the general workload like? Are there resources to succeed? Are you glad you picked FSU? I'm trying to decide between UF and FSU (and maybe UCF). Its a really hard choice at the moment. Thanks in advance :)

It should not be a hard choice at all. Consider these political science program rankings:

Poli sci at Florida State is the highest ranked in the state and one of the highest ranked in the United States according to these academic (not US News nonsense) studies.

The closest ranked in Florida to FSU (#24) is UFlorida (#153).

Thanks for the info!

Let’s bring this up.

For the aspiring political science majors.
