Series of questions on this nightmare scenario:

Can the U.S. invade China in the first place?

Are America’s technological and firepower advantages helpful in the long run against 1 billion people?

How effective would U.S. airpower be?

Is it safe to say every Chinese citizen would fight?

Can the U.S. hold up against a modern military supported by guerrilla warfare?

Any other thoughts?

Also, does anyone know of any tactics or warplans the U.S. has in store regarding China?

"I do not know with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones." Albert Einstein

Yes

It'll be as effective as their "advantages" over our 300+ mill people.

As effective as China's anti-air sites.

Is it safe to say every senior citizen of America will fight also?

Can China hold a modern military supported by more air forces?

Yes, this thread is ridiculous. America and China would never engage

I know what it's US has in store for China, it's called a mutual peace treaty for economic reasons.

Is this about America importing too much from Asia, and Asia using the $ from the US to loan to the US so that the US can continue buying more and more? And how this might devalue the dollar and stuff?

I don't think there'll be a huge problem... as the dollar devalues imports will be more expensive so US production will step up right? I don't think war with China is the smartest thing either.

edit: nvm, didn't read about the Taiwan thing
