Does anyone know of they group transfers living on campus all into a certain building?
Nope, there is no specific building for transfers. I understand the difficulty of transferring to Cal Poly in the middle of your academic career but it is in your best interest to not let that slow you down. I believe they want everyone to live together as equals, a transfer specific housing development would make transfer students feel more isolated than welcomed.
If you are concerned, you can always look around for transfer students on campus, there are more of them than you would think!
@Asamuels, it looks like most transfer students who live on campus live in PCV. There are two learning communities there (Transfer Success and Continuing Success). There is one learning community (Transitions) that is housed in Cerro Vista. Students who need housing over Winter Break must live in CV.
