Portland State University?

Hey, I'm 4 for 4 right now, with PSU being the most recent admission.

Can anyone tell me anything about it?
THe student life? The academics/teachers?
The #1 thing I like about it is that it is in a city, and I love like a city setting. Compared to my other acceptances, San Francisco State, Oregon State, and University of Montana, it's advantage is that its a city (with the exception of SFSU).

But is this a good place? I am out of state from NJ.

Here are some reviews from actual students:

You can also get an idea about social life at the school by reading through the current and back issues of the student newspaper. Here's the link:

A few facts to keep in mind about Portland State: Average age of UNDERGRADUATES is 25, only 10% of students live on campus - the other 90% commute, and only 11% are from out of state, primarily from Washington State. Portland is a terrific city but you will not have a typical "college experience" at Portland State.
