I reviewed stats from my sons high school 2 years ago (catholic school in Boston area). 33 students with 3.5W GPA or above applied to PC. 30 were accepted. Not clear SAT’s are the key thing PC looks at – but many with 1700-1800 scores accepted. Acceptances became more mixed in 3.4W GPA range.

PC had a tough time with conversion of accepted students last year. Went to the wait list early. My guess is that you are both very strong candidates in this context (yield is only 20% – they need to accept many good students to fill class). It is an excellent school – check out the admissions blogs, they are very informative on the admission process.
