<p>Would it be possible to apply for transfer both your freshman and sophmore year? (provided you don't get into the school you applied to) What about applying in consecutive years to the same school, would that put you at a disadvantage? (perhaps its looked down upon? i seem to remember the penn transfer app saying something about that)</p>
<p>I started out going to Drexel as a freshman, transferred and went to my local state university for second semester, and will be attending Northwestern as a sophomore in the spring.</p>

<p>No, I don't think it would. I'm currently in a summer class with a girl who did just that. I think she was rejected for her freshman year and was accepted as a sophomore transfer. I don't know what the percentages are or anything but it's definitely been done. Hope this helps.</p>
