For music, i'm just looking for non-performance major (B.A.) and bio, I'm looking to do research as a college junior/senior. Is this combo possible? I know that for bio major, many classes have an additional lab requirement. Will I have enough time to graduate in four years? Assuming I get like 6-10 credits from APs and stuff.

depends on the school probably...

if the degree is a "music" degree, then quite possibly. If it's a "music education" degree, probably not. Music Ed majors take 8+ classes a semester often.

I think it's definitely possible, but as soccerguy said, it depends on the school and also the degree. If you're getting one BA with two majors it will be fine, but if you'd get a BS and a BA or some other combination, it will take a lot of work and possibly more years of school.

You'll have to work harder than those with single majors, and maybe do a summer session or two, but if you want it, you got it.

What do you mean by 'it depends on the school'? And yes, I plan on getting a BS and BA, or 2 BAs.

If you were to do this double major at a CC it would be easier than at an Ivy. LACs are more apt to support you in your double major than a large, research based university.
