Possible transfer options?

Hey guys,

I just transferred out of UMD and am currently committed to UNC for Fall 2006. I just finished two summer courses and anticipate a GPA of about 3.5. However, I don't know if this is going to be enough to get in their b school. I'm eligible to apply to their b school for the upcoming Spring semester. I'd like to receive a finance degree (or a bba weighted towards finance) and am considering transferring if I don't get into UNC's b school.

I'm going to be a junior with about 70 credits so I realize that my options to transfer are really limited at this point. What schools would accept someone directly into their b school? Pitt's the only school I can think of off the top of my head. Does anyone know anything about Pitt's reputation?

Should I just stick it out at UNC and if I don't get into the b school, settle for an econ degree?

What other schools accept transfers with this many credits?

HELP!

settle for the econ degree.

if you enter your new school with over 90 transfer units no one will take you. And most schools require at least 60 units in residence. UT-Mccombs lets u in straight and I transferred there (sophomore) and I'll enter with 50 units. I believe UNC has an integrated MAth/Econ program that would be good and will get you most places that a finance degree will.
