<p>Hey guys, so i'm trying to figure out what to write for the yale supplement essay topic:</p>

<p>You have already told us about yourself in the Common Application, with its list of activities, Short Answer, and Personal Essay. In this required second essay, tell us something that you would like us to know about you that we might not get from the rest of your application - or something that you would like a chance to say more about. Please limit your essay to fewer than 500 words. </p>

<p>I've already written about participating in Big Brothers/Big Sisters and importance of diversity (in which i mentioned how I'm an immigrant to the US) in my commonapp. essays. </p>

<p>For this supplement, i was thinking about writing about my love for literature and books. Perhaps, relate my life to a book or how the books i've read affect my decisions and beliefs.</p>

<p>ZP, that’s fine. Just be sure that you’re passionate about your topic and that it comes out. But T26 is right: don’t post your essays here. If you want specific help, get a member who has at least a thousand posts to do it for you.</p>
