i got in with $19,400 scholarship, RD.

I was accepted after being deferred from EA.
I'm not sure if I'm attending. I'm waiting to hear back from BU, Denison, and Dickinson

I got the acceptance letter, but no info about scholarship...does that mean no scholarship for me? (Actually, I don't expect them to give me any scholarship, anyway)

Yes, you are correct. All scholarship information comes in the acceptance letter, with the exception of certain scholarships (Ohio Leadership Awards Program, ect.) which you would have already heard about.

My boyfriend just got his letter yesterday 3/7!(-: It was his number one school so he's extremely excited (he orginally applied EA and was deferred - he worked his butt off sending in recs and essays to get in RD). This issue he's having is that he got accepted to Wooster will $11000/year merit and that's not even counting financial aid. So far Case has not offered any merit aid (is it supposed to come with the acceptance letter??) so he's having trouble making a decision.

I think everyone received merit scholarships in the acceptance letter. I know that is how they sent it to me.

I got an acceptance email today. I doubt I'll go, though.

Where do you think you'll attend, kitkattail? (love the name)

I'm not sure yetI haven't got many decisions back yet. But I only applied there for the double degree with CIM, and I very much doubt I'll get into CIM.

Well, good luck to you. Hopefully CIM will come through for you. What instrument do you play, or are you a voice student?

Thanks! I'm a cellistor I try to be. ;)

kitkattail, did you know that you can major in music at Case without applying to CIM or enrolling at CIM? The BA in music is tailored for double majors.

Besides being one of the few universities to combine conservatory-level training with the advantages of a liberal arts education, we also offer a double major or dual degree.

It seems a double major is 4 years, a dual degree is 5 years.
