Come on! Post more! I am running out of things to do while I procrastinate!

Get a hobby, Gabe.

I've got plenty! I'm putting everything off so I can work on my personal statement.

Yes, I'm working on the free response as well. Are your other two finished?

I have various drafts, brainstorms and outlines of each question.

can't sleep - went to bed at 12 and woke up at 1:50 AM

are any of you guys going "black friday" shopping?

Just to comment about the black friday comment. Can someone explain to me the the logic behind the idea of making everybody in america go to do their holiday shopping on the same day. It crowds the malls and makes it a horrible expirience for the shoppers. I don't understand the retailer's logic also. The people are going to do their shopping anyway, so why limit the discounts only for a one day???
I don't want to sound paranoid but havn't anyone thought about the potential risk of such high concentration of people in malls? Terrorist are looking for such opportunities where they can maximize casualties, this day makes it so easy for them.

NJCCstudent, I wish you wouldn't make up such frightening theories like that. You will scare the day lights out of the inhabitants of the U.S.

I used to post a bunch last year at this time. I was really down about having to go to smc, this board kind of got me thru my first year, in a way. Gave me hope and showed me success people were having in transfering to great schools. We had a great group last year, a lot of friendly people, but a couple of people really full of themselves and thought they were so supirior to everyone else. Some funny people, one dude from smc, who thought SMC was like a HS w/ ashtrays and thought it was like a prison. Aw the memories.

Now, i am going thru the same process and right now it's not so fun b/c my course load is kind of tough and i am borderline in every class.

All I'm saying is that "black friday" is one of those "used to be a fun, but now its just a hassle" traditions. Am I the only one seeing that?
