Post-prom

So the prom season is coming up and I am very excited!

I have my group and everything is planned, including the post prom. The plan is to go back to two seperate houses (one for girls, one for guys) and spend the night, and drive up to Michigan the next day. There would be about 10 of us going, and two parents. It’s about a two hour drive from where we live. Everyone is so excited… Until they found out my date and I can’t go because my mom won’t let me.

Her logic is that:

  1. She doesn’t know anyone going (she’s met them all many times)
  2. A teenager would be driving me (actually, I would be riding with a parent)
  3. I would be leaving the state
  4. I am not quite 16. By the time prom rolls around, I’ll be a month and a half from being 16.

We’re all good kids and go to a good school and plan on going to good colleges to lead successful lives. Her problem is not that. Her problem is the fact that I had a panic attack, and because I have panic attacks that are “fake” and “controllable,” I’m obviously not mature enough to go anywhere (this was the given reason about why I can’t go).

Prom is about a week and a half away. My friends told me that they will help me with whatever I need so I can go, if that’s meeting everyone in the group for lunch or something.

What do you guys think I should do to possibly convince my parents to let me go?

Lucky at least you tryin to go to prom with a date. Girl I’m in 2 is such a baddie, I’m a senior and have no guts to try and to talk to her.

Anyways Just have the two parents that are accompanying your group talk to your mom.

And D@m you jasmine! why do you have to be so hot and attractive. Why do you take my breath away?

ASK HER OUTTTTTT you got this

just a clarification - are you not allowed to go to prom or post-prom? also darn a non-co-ed post-prom is no fun

@BillyBill1234 Dude ask her out! @kirito69 I can’t go to post prom. My date decided to stay behind, too and we’re going into Chicago, instead, but only if my parents drive us, because apparently, neither one of us are old enough to take a train (I’m 15, he’s 17). Once they drive us there, we can do whatever we want. You a SAO fan?

ahh - but going to chicago still sounds great!

as for SAO, yup, though I do occasionally have some mixed feelings…

…like after they got killed in SAO and Aysuna got abducted into that other game XD

I can’t, I dont know what’s stopping me inside. Every time I see her in the halls I just don’t know what to do or say and she’s always surrounded by her friend.
I just care about her

D@m Her for being pretty : (

Send her a Facebook message or something asking to see her alone sometime
