Also, I have 2 finals one after another.
They are both on Wednesday, December 13th.
One is from 8 - 11 and the other 11:30 - 2:30.
You guys suggest that I change courses?

"the only thing im confused about is the "discussion, one hour (when scheduled)"
and theres no discussions listed under the lecture? hmm..."

Are you seeing the same thing?
Perhaps the discussion courses are all full? Hmm...
Yeah, I don't get it...

I have back to back finals too, Wed 11:30-2:30PM, 3-6PM. I heard this wasn't recommended, 2 finals in one day was bad enough, but 2 back to back was just asking for it. I'm going to try to drop the first one and add another class on the first day- if the wait list is full (10/10), what are the chances of adding on the first day? this is international relations of china (poli sci) btw.

^
Thanks, bfired.
How certain is it that you'll get into a class from the W-list?
I'm currently enrolled in 4 classes already, but one of them I want to switch due to back-to-back finals.
I don't want to end up dropping a class and not getting into the new class that I'm waitlisted for.

I'm not certain at all, but I'm registered for 3 classes and 10th on the waitlist for another. I'm also looking to drop another class and add a class...but were you able to add a class? I just checked and there's only one free waitlist- Gov't Instutitions, I believe. I mean, it's a gamble definitely, but I think it's worth it.

Alright, enrolled in Southeast Asian 50D, Geography 123, and waitlisted in Poli Sci 139 and 159A. I'm a bit worried, because on Monday and Wednesday, I've got three classes back to back with 10 minutes between them. That's a block of nearly 6 hours on Monday (7 total), and 4 hours (5 total) on Wednesday without an extended break. Is that too much? I wanted to have Tuesdays and Thursdays free so I can work, but the downside is that my MWFs are completely swamped.
