Postgraduation - How soon should you start looking for places to live?

So I'm graduating this May and got an job offer in a same city as my school. But I'm still open to other things and still looking for more jobs so plan might change. I'm just not sure what to do. When should I start looking for place to live if I go with the first job I mentioned?

I imagine an important part of any job offer would be the area surrounding the company, where you’d live, and what sort of commute you’d have. You should find out about these things as soon as you’ve got a good chance with the company to know if you’d really want to work there in the future.

Google Earth, Skype, CraigsList and a network are your friends.
Weds, Thursday Craigslist. Friday and Saturday interviews and casing out the area.
Sunday sign the papers.
Month to month. Shared housing.
