Everybody pays attention ( look at thread views) but they want to get replies on their own threads too!

I get that, its just frustrating when no one replies, any thoughts on my chances?

I think you’ll do fine. Your only drawbacks are your GPA and you only have a few extracurriculars.

The 3.79 is a drawback? Lmao. I think as an in-state student, you have good chances at all 3 but I’m not too familiar with the schools.

I don’t know the schools well enough to chance. That being said your GPA and SAT scores are good, the only thing that might hurt you is your EC’s.

GPA weighted or unweighted?

Assuming your GPA is unweighted you’re definitely a shoo-in for JMU. I think you have a shot at UVA or William and Mary but it’s not guaranteed. I think you could increase your chances if you become a team captain or a club officer.

I’d say your good for JMU. You might get into W&M based on your SAT scores, but your GPA is a little low. Their average is like a 4.0/4.1. And I honestly don’t think you have a chance at UVA. You have to have well beyond a 4.0 to get in there and even that’s not enough sometimes. But you should still apply to all three and see. I could be wrong :)

You are in at every college on your list.
