Practice test 7 (BB)

Just took P7 and pretty disappointed.

Math: 0 wrong
CR: 7 wrong
Writing: 3 wrong(assume 10 essay)

What would my score be approx.?
For the CR, the questions i missed were always the ones i had to debate on. I always narrowed it down to 2 answer choices but chose the wrong one. Does anyone have any advice on how to make it easy to distinguish the correct choice?

Also, one of the math questions had a wrong answer. (One with 2 circles, find slope of line that passes through centers of the circles.)

Why is that one wrong? (p806 q. 13)

CR I would give you a 680, W I would give you a 750, M a 800

Oh wait, nvm…

680 : (

So your math score was really -1? :)

Yes…unfortunately : (

Are u instane  CR - 7 is just about 700 . I got -12 in January and scored 650 .

-7 on CR as in missed 7 or -7 raw (becuase -7 questions is actually -7-1/4*7)…it could mean the difference between 700- and 700+ which is pretty big because 700s a magic number.

I just missed 3 sentence completions in this test. That never happens for me.

I think the key to CR is not to think to much about a question…

Because usually my gut feeling is always right (if i read the passage well of course : / )

oh it was 7 missed cricket

Maybe I was harsh on the CR then, but I still don’t see 7 as a 700+ at least :/

It all depends on the curves right? But I’d say your scores are pretty high. 2200+ range

Do you guys think i have a chance of turning SUPERCLUTCH on test day and manage to get a 2400?

Wishful thinking maybe? : / (maybe 2300+ is more realistic?)

Reading’s the only thing keepin you back

CR reading is easy if you always refer back to the passage. Answer to each and every question is almost always explicitly stated somewhere in the passage. I also found it extremely effective to somehow make the passage interesting to me. So basically, I would advise you to grow interested in the passage and always refer back to the passage to check your answers.
