How do the Practice Tests in the Princeton Review compare to the real thing in terms of difficulty and the chart in the back that scales your scores? This was my second ACT practice test ever and I got a 36 English, 36 Math, 35 Reading, but only a 27 Science.... I would say science is my worst section in pure ability, but I didn't think it was possible for my score to be drastically different from the other sections. I would really like a 35 on the science to snag a possible 36 on Saturday (it's my first time taking the ACT). Anyone have additional tips to improve that section? Thanks.

I practiced using the princeton review manual and I noticed that I was scoring rather low on the science portion as well (27’s and 29’s), but I ended up getting a 35 in science. I think the difficulty of some of the princeton review science sections actually made the test seem easier.

Good Luck!

Update : I just took another science portion a d scored a 32. I hope things look up for me tomorrow. Good luck to all taking the test tomorrow! Try to get a good nights sleep, that’s most important.
