I'm thinking of getting my 2nd degree. I already have a BA in History and I want to take painting or illustration but I don't think it's necessary for me to get another Bachelor's, also to reduce costs.

I'm thinking of getting a 2-year Associate's degree in art instead. Pratt Institute caught my attention but the tuition is expensive. Is it any better than the Associate's degrees or 2-year programs offered in other schools like community colleges? I'm thinking there must be something there that justifies the cost of the program.
