Pre Calc vs AP Stats?

I just finished up my sophomore year and I’m trying to decide what to do about math for my junior year. Currently I’m signed up for pre calc but I’m not sure if that’s a good idea. For one, math isn’t my best subject, I’m not bad I’m just not super good either. And two I got the hardest math teacher in my school. So, I was thinking about taking AP stats online this summer (since it’s not offered at my school) and then I could take a science class like Physics in place of taking Pre Calc at school, because I would enjoy that more. Is that a good idea? All advice/thoughts are appreciated!

i’d recommend going with pre-cal; it can be hard to understand physics if you’re not familiar with pre cal, and in college it’ll hurt you if you didn’t do pre cal (which introduces you to important calculus concepts like sequences, limits, derivatives, parametrics, polar coordinates, etc.).

Okay, thank you

Or you can just take all three of those like I did. Then go into AP calc

I’m not quite that smart haha
