Pre-College/High School Summer Programs with Open Enrollment (i.e., not selective)

I’ve been researching residential Pre-College/High School Summer Programs with Open Enrollment (i.e., not very selective) within the VA, MD, DE and surrounding states (anything within a 3-4 hour drive). Any recommendations? Opinions on below options?

https://www.stevens.edu/admissions/pre-college-programs (looking at Cybersecurity) (for my son)
Future Agents in Training (FAIT) program (somewhat selective) (for my son)
Hollins University - https://www.hollins.edu/academics/hollinsummer/ (for my daughter)

I believe every college offers or at least should offer some kind of summer program for high school students.

What is your son/daughter interested in studying?

For example, GMU in Virginia has a fantastic debate camp that some people attend.

@sciencenerd – son is interested in Computer Science/Cybersecurity; daughter is more undecided but recently showed interest in marketing/business
