Hello- so does anyone know of any summer programs in Maryland/DC that cost little to know money? And it would be helpful if it was avaliable to sophomores. Also looking mainly for research/medicine stuff. JHU has some but they’re mostly for juniors
just got on this thread so not sure if already mentioned. Boys/Girls state sponsored by American legion and auxillary completely free but for 11th graders(rising seniors) keep in mind for next summer. also just found out about Honors summer programs at IUP in pa. only 350 for 2 wks to live on college campus and although not specifically research does have courses in science. I heard great things about this. keep in mind for next summer GOVERNERS SCHOOLS. ask your guidance counselor. completely free but very competititve to get in for rising seniors.
Thanks! I’m looking into the IUP program and it seems really great! Also- do you know if governers schools are only avaliable to people that live in the state it’s located in?
