Pre-dental + chances

i’m gonna be a junior in hs next year and i was wondering if i could ask:

how good is your pre-dental program,

what are my chances of getting in right now, and

what should i do to improve my chances at getting in (besides at improving my grades)

-i’ve been volunteering at a local hospital in the kitchen for the past two years, with about 150+ service hours

my school is one of the best in the state. as a reference point, last year, everybody that applied to Villanova w/ at least a 92 average got in.

misc. stuff, i don’t know if this really counts towards anyting:
-nominated for the national society of high school scholars
-invited to many leadership programs, including LeadAmerica, National Student Leadership Conference, and Congressional Student Leadership Conference

next year, i’m going to continue all of my ec’s, and also going to join another service program and hopefully join crew team. Also, if my parents let me, i’m going to get a part time job during the school year. plus, i will leave the job at the hospital to join the local ems for a more hands-on experience.

feel free to be as critical as possible.

anyone wanna help a jr out? you don't have to answer all of the questions, but any kind of advice would be helpful

im not sure about the pre-dental track at BC. i would figure its the same as pre-med which just gives you a bunch of requirements you need and then you can get the certification. pretty much saying you could major in theology major and be pre-dental.

i would say your SATs are good for the 1st time around. but aim to get aroud the 2100 mark to be safe (which is above the average). grades are fine and jr year schedule looks great. try to get really involved with one of your ECs and dedicate yourself to it. good luck
