I was just wondering... I already got the required vaccinations before hand, and have my own record of what vaccinations I got through out my years. Instead of going to my doctor just to have the Pre-Immunization Record signed, Can't I just send in my other Immunization record (that already has doctors signature and date) instead?

Thats what I did.

Can anyone confirm if sending in old records is enough or do we need to get that form signed?

I can’t confirm that. I did ask my son’s doctor to fill out the form that is on the RU website. I didn’t want there to be any question about its validity which could possibly interfere with his receiving housing.

I emailed RU vaccine, they confirmed that sending records of vaccinations is just as good as the Pre-Immunization form (that is if the records have the dates and signatures).

I can confirm old records work. You do not need to get that form signed…I sent in my records from school and they accepted it.
